| Iowa Department of Corrections |
| The Iowa Department of Corrections will target offenders ages 15–35 who are returning to Polk County in the Fifth Judicial District. Through the Iowa Going Home Project, the department will partner with various service agencies to address recidivism, substance abuse, and physical and mental health issues and to support workforce participation, housing, family reunification, faith-based support, and mentoring. |
