| The Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council will enhance existing reentry resources and services for juvenile offenders returning to targeted metropolitan communities. The Council will provide transitional and reintegration services, including community transition centers, community-based long-term support, community resources and referrals, job training and placement assistance, case management, mandated supervision, faith-based services, family reunification and support, educational training and services, housing assistance, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, counseling services, aftercare services, and victim restitution. |
